Definite Possibilities is a series that embodies my experiments in visual ambiguity.
My home and my immediate surroundings became the playground where I seek to change my routine-habit of seeing. I find a surprising continuum of possibility when the light moves through the environment and hits an object, the body, or a natural element. This is the spark to construct and create compositions and unexpected relationships between elements that may be inconsistent with each other and whose relationships are not coordinated by rational logic.
With this work I seek to create images as puzzles, and ask the viewer to look closer and consider various possibilities for what they are seeing. In doing so, I want to open up imaginative and unique avenues of subjective interpretation.
